Eligibility and authority

You must be authorized to act for the business, provide accurate ownership and contact information, and maintain any licenses, permits, insurance, registrations, and tax information required for its services. Wovch may review, verify, reject, pause, or remove a business profile.

Profile accuracy

You are responsible for the rights, accuracy, and lawfulness of the business name, locations, hours, service areas, prices, offers, images, descriptions, and staff access you provide. Promptly correct material changes. Wovch may label, limit, or remove inaccurate or unlawful content.

Circle discovery and placement

A business becomes discoverable inside a member’s private Circle through genuine customer recommendations. Paying Wovch does not buy a recommendation, trusted Circle placement, favorable Visit Note, score, or suppression of criticism.

Reward offer and charges

A participating business sets the Wovch reward for an eligible confirmed first visit, subject to a $1 minimum. An eligible repeat visit uses 40% of the original first-visit reward. The Wovch platform fee is waived at launch; payment-processing costs may be deducted before reward distribution. The applicable amount is preserved for a Wovch Pass when it is created, and confirming an eligible visit may trigger the business charge.

Payment authorization

You authorize Wovch and its payment providers to charge the payment method associated with the business for eligible confirmed activity and other amounts clearly accepted in the product. Keep payment information current. Payment failures may pause confirmations, rewards, or business participation until resolved.

Confirmations and disputes

Confirm only customer visits that occurred and review the information presented before acting. Use dispute tools honestly and promptly. Wovch may review, delay, adjust, reverse, or deny charges or rewards affected by inaccurate confirmation, duplication, unauthorized activity, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, abuse, or legal requirements.

Customer information

Use member information only for the business’s relevant Wovch interaction, service delivery, confirmation, support, billing, or legal duties. Do not build unrelated marketing lists, contact members outside the intended customer flow without permission, sell their information, or attempt to reconstruct private Circles.

Recommendations and feedback

Do not offer compensation conditioned on positive sentiment, pressure customers to recommend the business, retaliate for honest feedback, submit content on a customer’s behalf, or manipulate which experiences appear. Any permitted incentive or material connection must be disclosed clearly in context.

Service and legal responsibilities

The business remains responsible for customer contracts, service delivery, refunds, warranties, employment, accessibility, safety, consumer protection, taxes, and other legal obligations. Wovch does not guarantee customers, conversion, revenue, ranking, or business outcomes.

Staff access

Only authorize staff who need access. The business is responsible for their actions, permissions, credential security, and prompt removal when access is no longer appropriate.

Suspension and leaving Wovch

You may request to stop participating, subject to unresolved charges, Passes, confirmations, disputes, rewards, payouts, record retention, and legal obligations. Wovch may restrict or end participation to protect members, businesses, service integrity, or legal compliance.
