Who operates Wovch

Wovch operates the Wovch website, applications, private Circle discovery service, business-profile tools, Wovch Passes, Visit Notes, confirmation features, and related reward and payment services. In these Terms, “Wovch,” “we,” and “us” refer to the Wovch service operator identified in the effective version of these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally able to agree to these Terms where you live.
• Provide accurate account information, keep one personal account, and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Do not transfer an account, impersonate another person, or use Wovch for someone else without authority.
• Circle access is invitation-based and mutual. You choose which connection requests to accept.

Recommendations, not paid opinions

Only wovch for a business you have actually used and genuinely trust. A recommendation must reflect your honest experience. No reward is conditioned on praise, a star rating, positive wording, or suppressing criticism. Do not create fake recommendations, accounts, visits, Visit Notes, confirmations, disputes, or reward activity.

Circles and privacy

A Circle is a private, mutual group of people whose recommendations each member can discover. Accepting a Circle connection makes relevant recommendations available in both directions. Removing a connection ends future Circle discovery access, but completed records may be retained when needed for payment, security, disputes, taxes, or legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy.

Businesses and services

Wovch helps members discover businesses through relationship context, but Wovch does not provide or guarantee the underlying business service. Members decide whether to contact or use a business. Businesses remain responsible for service quality, prices, licenses, insurance, refunds, customer obligations, and compliance with law.

Wovch Passes and confirmations

A Wovch Pass is a single-use record connecting a member, a source recommendation, and a business. The Pass preserves the applicable business reward and related terms when created. Members and businesses must submit accurate visit information and confirm only activity that occurred. A confirmation may trigger a business charge and related reward processing.

Rewards, charges, and payouts

Not every recommendation, Pass, visit, or Visit Note earns money. Eligible activity may create a member reward and earnings for the person whose Wovch was used. Eligibility can depend on genuine prior experience, an eligible Pass, a confirmed visit, any required Visit Note, successful payment, clearing, payout setup, and compliance with these Terms. Reviews, reversals, and corrections

Wovch may delay, review, adjust, reverse, or deny a confirmation, charge, reward, or payout when activity appears inaccurate, duplicative, unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. We may request reasonable information before resolving an issue without disclosing proprietary risk controls.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Wovch a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, adapt for display, and show that content to the people and businesses intended by the service. You must have the right to submit it. Wovch’s software, design, branding, and service features remain Wovch property and may not be copied, scraped, reverse engineered, or misused except where law permits.

Prohibited conduct

Do not harass people, violate privacy, pressure people for positive recommendations, manipulate Circle relationships, scrape private content, evade access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, violate law, or attempt to discover or exploit confidential anti-abuse systems.

Suspension and termination

You may request account deletion, subject to unresolved charges, rewards, disputes, payout duties, retention requirements, and a reasonable processing period. Wovch may restrict features, remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect people, businesses, the service, or legal compliance.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Wovch is provided on an “as available” basis. Wovch does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a business’s quality, a recommendation’s accuracy, a financial outcome, or that every visit or reward will qualify. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wovch disclaims implied warranties, and Wovch’s total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid to Wovch in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and communications

Wovch may update these Terms and will provide notice when legally required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted. You agree to receive service, security, account, payment, and legal communications electronically.
