Wovch only businesses you have actually used and genuinely trust. Be specific enough to help your Circle understand why the business worked for you.

Keep trust personal

• Do not trade or sell recommendations.
• Do not create recommendations because a business pressured you.
• Do not coordinate fake activity, reciprocal schemes, or account rings.
• Do not misrepresent your relationship to a business.
• Do not wovch your own business through another identity.

Respect privacy

Do not copy private Circle content into public spaces without permission. Do not share another person’s contact information, precise location, private messages, sensitive identity details, or Wovch activity outside its intended context.

Write useful Visit Notes

Describe your real experience. A Visit Note does not have to be positive to preserve reward eligibility. Keep feedback factual, relevant, and respectful. Do not include threats, harassment, hate, explicit content, confidential information, or claims you cannot support.

For businesses

• Keep profile, service, hours, and pricing information accurate.
• Confirm only activity that actually occurred.
• Do not pressure customers for positive language.
• Do not retaliate against honest feedback.
• Use dispute tools for genuine issues, not to suppress criticism.

Safety and prohibited conduct

No harassment, impersonation, fraud, threats, illegal activity, malicious code, unauthorized scraping, attempts to bypass access controls, or efforts to discover private anti-abuse logic.

How we respond

Wovch may remove content, limit features, pause activity, investigate reports, or suspend accounts. We intentionally do not publish thresholds or controls that would make abuse easier.
